Following is the method, follow it step-by-step;
Step 1: Format the drive and keep the primary partition active.
- Connect the USB flash drive to Technician PC.
- Open Disk Management: Then, right-click on the Start and choose Disk Management.
- Format the disk partition: Now Right-click on the USB drive partition, and Choose Format. You must select the FAT32 file, BIOS-based or UEFI-based PC’s to be able to Boot.
- Set the partition Active: Finally, right-click the USB drive partition, and click Mark Partition Active.
Step 2: In this method, copy Windows setup to USB flash drive.
- Use File Explorer to copy & paste the complete Windows product ISO or DVD to the flash drive.
Step 3: Install Windows to the other computer.
- Connect to the USB flash drive to the other PC.
- Turn on the PC and press the key that will open the boot-device selection menu for the computer, like the Esc/F10/F12 keys. Then select the desired option that boots the computer from the USB drive, and Windows Setup will starts. Follow the given instructions to install Windows instantly.
- Now, you can remove the USB drive.

This error can happen whenever the Windows Image File is up to the FAT32 file size limit of 4GB.
When this happens;
Step 1: Copy each except the Windows image file (sources\install.wim) to the USB (either drag & drop, or use given command, where D: is the mounted ISO and E: is the USB drive.)
Command: robocopy D: E: /s /max:3800000000
Step 2: Secondly, split the Windows image file into the smaller files, and copy the smaller files into the flash drive: Dism /Split-Image /ImageFile:D:\sources\install.wim /SWMFile:E:\sources\install.swm /FileSize:3800
